When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Floating Cards may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to cancel it.
Your order is subject to our Refund Policy.
You confirm that items purchased are for personal use—not resale or export.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
Release dates are estimates and may change.
Supplier allocation may vary. If stock is reduced, we may need to issue partial or full refunds.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless you request otherwise.

All prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
Prices exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Floating Cards ships within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels resulting from incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
