Refund policy

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Singles: in the same condition as listed, unused and not removed from protective packaging.

Sealed products: unopened, with factory seal intact.

All items: in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (where applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if:

  • The item is damaged,
  • The wrong item was sent, or
  • Something is missing from your order,

so we can look into it and put things right. Photos of the packaging and item are really helpful.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of the hobby, some items can’t be returned:

  • Opened sealed products (ETBs, booster boxes, packs, decks, etc.)
  • Singles that have been removed from their packaging or played with
  • Sale items and gift cards

Please email us if you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return before sending it back.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item, and
  2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you

Refunds

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@floatingcards.co.uk.
