Shipping Policy — Floating Cards
Floating Cards ships all orders from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. We pack everything with care to ensure your cards and sealed products arrive safely.
Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
During busy release periods or restocks, dispatch may take slightly longer.
We will always do our best to keep you updated.
Delivery Options
We offer the following Royal Mail services at checkout:
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and service chosen.
Packaging
Singles are shipped in card sleeves and protective packaging.
Sealed products are shipped in padded or boxed protection to prevent damage in transit.
We take pride in secure packaging for collectors.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after the official release date.
Please note:
Release dates may change due to manufacturer or supplier delays.
If stock allocation is reduced, we may need to cancel or partially refund orders.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless you request separate shipping.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times provided by Royal Mail are estimates and not guaranteed.
Floating Cards is not responsible for delays caused by:
Royal Mail
Strikes
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Other factors outside our control
Once the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, the delivery timeline is in their hands.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
Please allow an additional 7 working days for delays.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
